Oncology Access Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Access Strategy Lead - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead access planning and strategy for xaluritamig, focusing on reimbursement and pricing in oncology
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts within Global Value Access to support access planning processes
• Conduct payer/pricing market research and integrate findings to develop and communicate access plans

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of market access and/or payer experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience in oncology disease molecules and launch experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the payer environment, including pricing and health technology assessment
• Ability to conduct pricing studies and formulate pricing policy recommendations
• Previous experience in a payer role or international assignments is desirable
