Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Abstractor - Oncology Data Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Abstract patient data from electronic medical records for tumor registries
- Perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries
- Maintain the cancer registry database and communicate trends in clinical data
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable experience
- Oncology Data Specialist certification preferred
- 1 year of abstracting experience
