Job Summary
A private university has an open position for a Online Computer Systems Adjunct Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Mentoring students and facilitating teaching and learning
- Upholding the mission, values, and standards of the university
- Teaching how computers work, from charge on a computer chip to pixels on a device and everything in between
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expected to support the missions of the institutions to which they are assigned to teach
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Professional experience in a related field desired
- While online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful, it is not necessary
