Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for an Online Economics Teaching Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in managing student communications
- Assist the lead instructor as needed or directed with student outreach
- Monitor students' engagement levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, initiative and follow-through
- Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and problem-resolution skills
- Master's degree required
- A terminal degree may be required dependent on course credentialing requirements
