Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Math Tutor to provide tutoring services for K-8 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual tutoring sessions in Math using the provided platform
- Manage student behavior and engagement throughout sessions
- Create a safe and respectful learning environment while maintaining positive relationships with students
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfort with teaching K-8th grade level math curriculum
- Preferred classroom experience and/or online teaching/tutoring experience in math
- Knowledge of mathematical best practices for intervention and assisting struggling students
- Access to a computer, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet connection
