Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Online Psychology and Sociology Academic Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Providing and overseeing tutoring for these courses across various channels
Monitoring and facilitating productive online discussions for students in the listed courses
Serving as the main point of contact for students seeking academic help

Qualifications Include:

Experience teaching, tutoring, or otherwise directly supporting student learning in higher education
A wiz (with a Bachelor's degree, minimum) in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
An outgoing, warm personality motivated by supporting and engaging with students
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent administrative acumen and time management skills
Adept communicator across email, social media, phone, and video conference
