Job Summary

A company is looking for an Openstack Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in private cloud deployments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
  • Provide high-tier support for critical product issues, leading incident calls and coordinating resolution efforts
  • Act as a technical leader during shifts, maintaining platform health awareness and managing emerging issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience with three or more years in a senior or Tier 3 systems administration role
  • Strong experience with OpenStack core services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, and Glance
  • Hands-on knowledge of Neutron networking and Cinder storage backends
  • Strong Ceph experience, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and advanced Linux system administration skills
