Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean Thinking and Lean Methodologies across different sites in the GBU to address required business improvements
• Assist in the coordination and development of the organization's Operational Excellence deployment plan
• Coach and mentor Certified Lean Leaders to train and implement lean, pilot and deploy best practices

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other related field of study strongly preferred
• Certified in LEAN Manufacturing with a minimum 7 years' of business operations and/or plant manufacturing or engineering experience
• Strong experience in manufacturing across multiple manufacturing sites in different geographies
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in an international company, interacting with diverse locations across the globe
• Experience in effective root cause problem solving using Toyota 8 Step Process
