Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Performance Lead to join their Content Integration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and content quality
- Lead problem scoping initiatives to identify operational inefficiencies
- Implement business solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management and communication
- 5 years of experience in complex problem analysis and problem-solving
- 5 years of experience in a technical/analytical role using data analysis tools like Python and SQL
- 3-5 years of experience with Agile development practices and Lean methodologies
- 2-3 years of experience optimizing ETL pipelines
