Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Performance Lead to join their Content Integration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and content quality
  • Lead problem scoping initiatives to identify operational inefficiencies
  • Implement business solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and relationships

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • 5 years of experience in complex problem analysis and problem-solving
  • 5 years of experience in a technical/analytical role using data analysis tools like Python and SQL
  • 3-5 years of experience with Agile development practices and Lean methodologies
  • 2-3 years of experience optimizing ETL pipelines
