Operational Risk Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Risk Manager to lead strategic initiatives in risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with first line leadership and support areas
- Educate and empower teams to drive risk and return accountability
- Serve as a trusted risk advisor and lead risk reviews in targeted areas
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 7 or more years of experience, with at least 2 years leading risk initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry (Preferred)
- Risk Certifications (RMA, PRMIA, GARP, ERMA, IMA, ISACA, CIA) (Preferred)
- Experience in key operational risk categories such as model risk management, AI, and cyber risk
