Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Data Innovation Lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with HSI goals and objectives
- Optimize processes for the Lab and proactively resolve operational and administrative issues
- Analyze and report on financial, staffing, and performance metrics set by leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in operations management or a related area
- Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint
- Ability to coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Knowledge of financial and performance metrics analysis
