Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Fraud Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance call center operations and business value
  • Analyze risk data to identify patterns and trends related to fraud, and implement prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize collection strategies and improve business growth

Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in credit strategy, preferably in consumer lending
  • Strong understanding of credit risk and fraud management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative-related field such as Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
  • 3+ years of unsecured lending experience is a plus
