Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations and Fraud Analytics Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven strategies to enhance call center operations and business value
- Analyze risk data to identify patterns and trends related to fraud, and implement prevention strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize collection strategies and improve business growth
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in credit strategy, preferably in consumer lending
- Strong understanding of credit risk and fraud management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative-related field such as Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
- 3+ years of unsecured lending experience is a plus
