Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first contact for instructors, handling phone calls and email inquiries
  • Address concerns of instructors and institutional customers, responding as needed
  • Maintain course operations and monitor student progress using company software systems

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in office administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Access or other database preferred
  • Professional telephone skills and ability to manage multiple line phones
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
