Job Summary

- Provide legal compliance oversight and interpret federal and state mortgage banking laws
- Support business units with legal and compliance obligations and conduct fraud investigations
- Develop policies, procedures, and training materials in line with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Law Degree required
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of employment
- Typically 4-7 years of professional experience in a relevant specialization
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to mortgage banking and consumer finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
