Operations Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Lead for New Offer Launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic objectives and operating models for the New Offer Launch function
- Develop and refine end-to-end launch processes in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
- Oversee automation projects to enhance the efficiency of launch operations
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or business operations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience in process design or global process owner roles
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects across stakeholders
