Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Operations Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support diverse cohorts of learners, fostering their growth in leadership skills
- Provide professional development coaching and facilitate individual and group coaching sessions
- Assist in the delivery of virtual sessions and support learners through grading and feedback on assignments
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management
- Experience teaching leadership skills and managing learner engagement
- Comfortable leading live sessions and providing mentorship
- High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
