Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Dispatcher to manage customer service appointments and technician schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and dispatch service tickets to technicians
• Monitor and adjust technician schedules in real-time to optimize efficiency
• Handle documentation, including reviewing quotes and updating account records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service or the solar industry
• Experience in de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Intermediate digital literacy, including proficiency with Google programs
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
