Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supply growth pipeline and manage driver onboarding processes
- Manage external BPO partner to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new drivers
- Drive improvements in acquisition and onboarding processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, analytics, or related fields
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, logistics, or operations management preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
