Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager for the New Account Setup team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigns and coordinates team work to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and develops work management tools for performance reviews
  • Manages staff performance and prepares management reports using data analysis tools

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with applicable insurance courses
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a relevant function or field, including management experience
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and essential team functions
  • Familiarity with staff management concepts and practices
  • Ability to make impactful decisions regarding costs and service quality
