Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager for the New Account Setup team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns and coordinates team work to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensures compliance with regulations and develops work management tools for performance reviews
- Manages staff performance and prepares management reports using data analysis tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with applicable insurance courses
- A minimum of four years of experience in a relevant function or field, including management experience
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and essential team functions
- Familiarity with staff management concepts and practices
- Ability to make impactful decisions regarding costs and service quality
