Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Quality and Accountability Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews of operational interactions and processes to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Establish team-level metrics in collaboration with management to ensure accountability in daily operations
- Monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and reporting tools to track at-risk KPIs and present data timely
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data collection, organization, and analysis with proven reporting skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
