Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Services Coordinator responsible for organizing and documenting standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Moderates and updates LMS content, troubleshooting issues and organizing documentation
  • Catalogues process improvements for SOPs and drafts related communications
  • Coordinates projects and communicates updates between various teams

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with content and SOP repository management
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
