Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Support Operations Associate to enhance the creative experience through operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review internal projects to identify customer dissatisfaction and manage escalations
- Generate findings on internal issues and quality concerns affecting account health
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address and resolve issues raised by internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support and Quality Assurance roles, preferably in tech-related companies
- High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability
- Experience working with Google Suite and Slack
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction and potential issues
