Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Support Operations Associate to enhance the creative experience through operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review internal projects to identify customer dissatisfaction and manage escalations
  • Generate findings on internal issues and quality concerns affecting account health
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address and resolve issues raised by internal teams

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support and Quality Assurance roles, preferably in tech-related companies
  • High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Slack
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction and potential issues
