Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted client relationships and conduct triage sessions to identify root causes of issues
- Translate client needs into detailed business requirements and provide training on administrative operations
- Assist with configurations, upgrades, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of professional business analysis experience
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Expertise in at least one area of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, SCM, Project Management, Procurement, or Risk Management
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification preferred
