Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM-Core HR and Benefits Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud for Core HR and Benefits
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system based on business requirements and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and provide ongoing support post-implementation
Required Qualifications
- Over seven years of IT experience, with at least three years in Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits implementation
- Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR and Benefits modules
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent, or three years of relevant work experience
- Relevant Oracle certifications and public sector experience are preferred
