Order Operations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Operations Specialist to support retail operations and manage the order to cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order to cash cycle, including order entry and execution
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and retail/distributor partners regarding purchase orders
- Process EDI and manual orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and invoice payments
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations, order management, supply chain, or customer service
- Familiarity with EDI order process flow and related systems
- Experience working with US-based retailers and distributors
- Good to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- 1+ years of experience in a high-growth, startup environment
