Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Review Manager responsible for overseeing the order confirmation processes for goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Order Review Department, including staffing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and The Joint Commission guidelines
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of department staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• One year in an accounts receivable leadership role
• Associate's degree in a business management-related field (preferred)
• Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare accounts receivable leadership role (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
