Oregon Licensed Mortgage Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Specialist to generate, negotiate, underwrite, recommend, commit, and approve mortgage loan investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and commit commercial mortgage loans to maximize yield and fee income
- Manage and cultivate relationships with mortgage banking offices across various geographic markets
- Provide market research and maintain knowledge of lending laws and investment policies
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial lending or investment-related fields
- Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate valuation techniques and loan underwriting analysis
- Ability to travel 7-9 weeks per year for property inspections and meetings
- Familiarity with automated systems and office equipment
