Orientation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Orientation Specialist to support the onboarding of newly enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for newly enrolled students
- Initiate contact within 48-72 hours of enrollment to create a welcoming environment
- Articulate key areas for student success, including the Student Portal and ECampus
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited institution's diploma or degree program with high honors
- Culinary experience preferred
- Education experience preferred
- Extensive customer service experience in a student-focused establishment
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
