Job Summary
Driven and competitive, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will execute high-volume prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting with 60-100+ activities per day
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategies
- Qualify leads and book quality discovery meetings while exceeding KPIs for activity and pipeline impact
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated resilience and coachability, with a desire for feedback and improvement
- Experience in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, or athletics
- Technological fluency and adaptability to new tools, including AI technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conducting cold calls confidently
- Passion for a long-term career in sales, with a competitive and fast-paced mindset
