Outpatient Access Center Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations, the full-time Outpatient Access Center Supervisor will oversee a team of outpatient access specialists, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality patient experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict management
• Develop and implement process improvement plans and ensure compliance with departmental protocols
• Analyze operational efficiency through routine audits and reporting, while maintaining communication with leadership and other departments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
• At least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience in managing staff relations and performance management
• Knowledge of patient access processes and healthcare operations
• Ability to develop and communicate policies and procedures effectively
