Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service, collaborate with a team, and utilize creativity in interventions
- Coordinate services with various stakeholders and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- License eligibility in a designated field (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.)
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Familiarity with diverse client bases and proficiency in EHR systems
- Pre-licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
