Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create treatment plans, and complete documentation
- Provide excellent customer service, collaborate with team, and utilize creative interventions
- Maintain a caseload, coordinate services, attend meetings, and participate in trainings
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
- Clinical licensure in Virginia (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
- Demonstrate stable boundaries with clients
- Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
