P C Insurance Broker Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a P/C Insurance Broker Consultant to help build a nationwide, customer-facing brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop best practices for a semi-automated, agent-enabled platform
• Build out national MGA/brokerage operations and map insurance ops for the software platform
• Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer on tech implementation and design operational training elements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a nationwide or super-regional consumer insurance brokerage
• Experience with Insurtech and new technologies (preferred)
• Expertise in property and casualty, and life and health insurance
• Insurance producer license (property and casualty license, and personal lines)
