Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of paid media projects, including planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with business goals and ensure compliance with messaging standards
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, CPA, and engagement rates
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience in a B2C focused brand
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong proficiency in SEO and conducting thorough keyword research
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little defined infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields, or 2+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
