Job Summary
A company is looking for a Palliative Care Registered Nurse (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide patient education
- Facilitate medical supply requisitions and ensure timely documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in CA and OR, with ability to obtain additional state licensure
- 1 year of experience in palliative or hospice care
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience within the last three years
- CHPN certification or equivalent preferred
- Remote work experience preferred
