Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Partial Remote Senior Benefit Configuration Consultant in Minnetonka.

  • Building and configuring benefit requirements
  • Understanding requirements and developing innovative solutions
  • Preparing detailed functional and technical specifications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years healthcare or health insurance experience AND Benefit, Claim and/or Enrollment configuration experience
  • 3+ years of staff supervision, team or process lead experience
  • 3+ years of experience identifying patterns within quantitative data, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions
  • Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
