Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Partial Remote Software Implementation Trainer .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing training to client staff on administration and use of our applications
- Coordinating and completing administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
- Working with implementation/support staff to identify areas where additional training could improve client performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to travel as needed (estimated at 10-15% annually)
- A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
- Passion for creating learning initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and people skills
- Academically capable and able to grasp highly technical information
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization including senior level management
