Job Summary
A major healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Partial Remote Utilization Management Nurse Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services/benefits
- Gathering clinical information and applies the appropriate clinical criteria/guideline, policy, procedure and clinical judgment
- Identifying members for referral opportunities to integrate with other products, services and/or programs
Required Skills:
- Percent of Travel Required 0 - 10%
- 3 to 5 years of clinical experience required (med/surg, ER, ICU)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Nursing/Registered Nurse is required
- Requires an RN with unrestricted active license
