This opportunity is available for remote candidates in the United States. Skybridge Americas has Headquarter Offices in Minnesota, USA and Manitoba, Canada.

Consultative solution-selling, providing solutions to complex client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes
Expert at cultivating relationships with decision makers in client organizations (C-level executives) to secure new business, new client accounts and maximize the value delivered by Skybridge Americas
Prospect for potential new clients, fill a pipeline for growth, and convert prospects into viable new revenue that meet business profile and targets
Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies
Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around development of innovative solutions to meet or exceed identified sales targets
Possess an in-depth understanding of Skybridge Americas' services, products, and differentiation in the marketplace
Align all client wins internally, ensuring a smooth transition into Operations, be the sponsor for good business and grow the client relationship by ensuring flawless execution
Consistent execution of Skybridge's sales process including pipeline accuracy, account planning and RFP process, and maintaining account detail in our CRM platform
Align and collaborate with respective leaders to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service and completed RFP's by collaborating with appropriate internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Division leaders to align the marketing strategy and execution
Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionally
Live the Skybridge Core Values in word and deed.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 8+ years of Business Development consultation experience in a BPO contact center environment
Proven track record of success selling BPO / Contact Center Services
Knowledge of and experience selling Fulfillment Solutions is a plus
Previous experience in identifying, planning and managing including on-boarding, requirements capture, procedural definition, forecasting, scheduling, staff planning, budgeting, reporting, problem prevention, risk management, training etc;
Experience working with contact center technology and knowledge of call flow/routing technologies;
Exceptional communication skills for interaction with client executive levels; Demonstrated ability to proactively build teams and enhance team cohesiveness for goal achievement;
Proven management and leadership capabilities with large groups of people and highly developed team building and motivational skills;
Proven ability to proactively pursue innovative approaches to improve new sales and value capture for existing accounts;
The incumbent must be able to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment;
Must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time and travel internationally to Canada.
