Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Partial Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager in Orangeburg.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
  • Visiting members in the hospital to prepare for transition home
  • Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to visit members at Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC, plus reliable transportation
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of residency
  • 5+ years’ experience as an RN
  • Experience working with clients in the community setting
  • Designated work space and access to install secure high speed Internet via cable / DSL in home
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
