Job Summary

A provider of healthcare and healthcare benefits is filling a position for a Partial Telecommuting House Calls Nurse Practitioner in Orangeburg County.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home health assessments
  • Identify diagnoses
  • Educate members on topics such as disease process, medication, and compliance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of one year clinical experience in highest level of education OR 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Active un-encumbered license to practice nursing in the assigned state
  • Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC/AANP
  • Ability to sit, stand and kneel as needed to perform physical assessment
  • Ability to spend at least 1 hour with a member in their home
  • Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority post-hire in states where applicable
