Job Summary
An American multinational technology and consulting corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Payroll Consultant.
Candidates must be able to:
- Conduct working sessions to understand client business requirements
- Work with the client to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure the Workday Payroll solution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in IT/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
- At least 1 year experience in deploying Human Capital Management (HCM)/Payroll applications such as Workday or similar SaaS solutions
- At least 1 year experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)/Payroll functional/business process configuration tasks
- At least 1 year experience in payroll processing (i.e., deductions, calculations, compliance, garnishments, taxes, etc)
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- A minimum of intermediate English language skills
