Job Summary

A well-known healthcare insurance company has a current position open for a Partial Work at Home Application Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Documenting business impact of system issue
  • Assisting with the management and resolution of unplanned hard system outages
  • Determining root cause analysis of system issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 10% required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years work experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • 2-4 years work experience in application support role
  • Experience with BizTalk support is required
