Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager, Stablecoin & Crypto Financial Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global strategies for building relationships with banking and financial partners in the crypto and stablecoin sectors
• Own banking partner plans and ensure successful outcomes through operational excellence
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and implement partner strategies while monitoring the banking landscape for new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, particularly within the crypto and stablecoin ecosystem
• Advanced knowledge of the banking and clearing landscape across multiple geographies
• Experience in building global collection and payout networks is preferred
• Proven track record in a product-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies
• Strong negotiation skills and an operationally focused mindset
