Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Partner Manager, the full-time remote position will drive strategic outcomes for a diverse ecosystem of over 2,000 agency partners, focusing on strengthening partnerships, enhancing merchant acquisition, and fostering growth through coaching and enablement resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Build scalable partner success programs to help partners identify merchant segments and grow revenue streams
  • Coach high-potential partners on actionable growth plans and differentiated strategies for their Shopify practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve partner, merchant, and Shopify business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in partner management or partner/growth marketing, preferably in commerce or retail tech
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of partners or customers to drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong empathy for agency partner business models and their challenges
  • Ability to translate product innovation into partner opportunities, particularly in emerging commerce areas
  • Proven track record of helping partners grow revenue through consultative guidance and enablement programs
