Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Partner Portal and optimize Partner Relationship Management platform
Ensure consistency in partner tools, processes, and program guides
Implement data reporting for partner performance tracking

Required Qualifications:

Experience in partner operations or channel marketing in the technology industry
Proficiency in managing Partner Relationship Management platforms
Strong understanding of Salesforce and other project management tools
Experience working with PRM solutions and hyperscalers is a bonus
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive program improvements
