Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership Senior Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with integration and alliance partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead consultative selling initiatives to align partner and client needs with company solutions
  • Negotiate complex agreements and manage the partner pipeline to optimize revenue growth

Qualifications and Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in benefits administration or software
  • Strong understanding of partnership models and strategies
  • Proven ability to build relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
