Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnership Senior Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with integration and alliance partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Lead consultative selling initiatives to align partner and client needs with company solutions
- Negotiate complex agreements and manage the partner pipeline to optimize revenue growth
Qualifications and Skills
- 6+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in benefits administration or software
- Strong understanding of partnership models and strategies
- Proven ability to build relationships with partners and internal teams
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
