Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will manage clinician scheduling templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency across clinics while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize clinician scheduling by designing and maintaining templates that balance patient access and operational goals
- Drive consistency and efficiency by aligning scheduling structures across territories and improving them through audits and data insights
- Update schedules to reflect staffing changes and operational needs, ensuring seamless coverage at all times
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or workforce coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis
- Experience working with EMR and/or scheduling systems
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
