Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work remotely full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Toggling multiple systems and applications for patient registration and data reconciliation
• Conducting insurance verification and resolving unbilled encounters
• Participating in daily team huddles to report performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of billing and collections, and medical insurance claims procedures
• Familiarity with patient registration procedures and documentation
• Understanding of health insurance plans and eligibility verification processes
