Patient Account Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance aging reports, resubmit and work corrected claims and appeals, and manage aging claims and accounts receivable
• Maximize reimbursement through comprehensive follow-up
• Provide extraordinary customer care through professional service and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office setting
• At least one year of full cycle medical billing experience
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
• Experience with insurance claim appeals and electronic remittances
